Second Chance Center Opens in Albuquerque

Rick Pendery founded and has run the Second Chance Program for many years. This has been run in Ensenada and Tijuana, Mexico as well as Puerto Rico very successfully. Over 6000 inmates have been freed from their never ending life of drugs.

Rick has now successfully opened a facility in the United States. This facility is in New Mexico.
